Maint. is horrible, basement leaked from day one, make sure you get insurance if you live here. They had to fix our blinds 4 times, never replaced them, even though if you just pull lightly on the cord it comes off. Paint job was a nightmare, they painted the carpet to the wall, we also had a huge patch on the drywall in our bedroom that was very obvious. The neighbors cable connection was in our basement. The phone hook up in our second bedroom turned out to be hooked up to the neighbor's fax line, they never fixed it. They closed the pool before summer was over. They can't take your rent at the office, you can never get access to the gym because it's only open when they are there, which is never. Only plus was first few months free spread out over stay only paid 700 or so for the first 6 mos. Bugs are horrible here, birds make nests above your door and in your attic. If you don't mail your rent 15 days ahead it's late and they take you to court by the 10th of the month. The maint. can unclog toliets though.
