I have lived here for almost 2 years. I am only here because I have multiple dogs and this was the ONLY place in town that would allow me to have my dogs (medium & large). I have found this place to be a roof over my head and that's about it. If I could afford another place to live that would allow my dogs, I'd be outta here in a heartbeat! But, like I said, it is a roof over my head. This past summer the A/C unit went out. I was charged HEAVILY for my electricity and wasn't compensated in any way - the maint. guys were here 3 or 4 times before they decided it was a bad unit about 4 weeks after it started going bad. It was finally replaced at the END of JUNE! We have mold problems, but they don't care. There was a leak in the bathroom and then they caulked MY towel along with the tub. No reimbursement. One maint. guy smokes and throws his cig butts all over the proerty. In addition, there is a maint. guy whose wife parks in a covered spot (and so does he. The spot his wife parks in is a reserved spot but the unit isn't rented. I parked there once and was threatened with being towed the next time I park there. Like I said, don't live here if you don't have to!
