This place is your worst nightmare come true. The management staff does a great job of selling but it stops there. Read your lease very carefully for they are quick to trap you. I wish I could disclose the nightmares that I tolerated during my stay- but that would require a small novel. The management staff changed at least 3 times during my stay. They advertised a club house with pool for your use. The club house is only available during office hours, and the pool stayed closed most of the time do to vandalism. The unit that I occupied was infested with all kinds of bugs some I have never seen before. I had three bee nest in my unit. Management did nothing about the problem until I told them if one of my children got stunned and had a reaction that I would sue. It is a pet friendly community-yes for the pets. You can't walk to your car without stepping into dog poo. I selected an area in the complex with a lot of grass in the front so I could let my children play out front. Needless to say the pets prevented that. The complex only waters the grass in the front for that "curb appeal". All I can say is RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
