Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I had a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was a nice size and definately a good value for the money. The maintenance staff was always quick and knowledgeable. They kept up on everything. Snow removal was prompt and precise, and I never encountered ice or snow on sidewalks. The office staff was always kind and attentive.
The other residents were generally very nice and friendly. Overall, Novi Ridge is a great place to live. I only left because I bought my own home.
