You supposedly get an assigned parking spot with a permit when you move in. Someone was parking in my spot for the first 2 months I lived there! There is feces all over the lawns since the rule to pick up after your animals is not enforced. Management is unresponsive to complaints and unhelpful in resolving issues. The staff changes so often in the office that you are lucky to speak to the same person twice.

Maintenance does not "fix" things, rather they rig things so they work for the time being.
