This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life, and I just moved from 7 mile & Telegraph in Detroit where I was paying $325 a month. My first day moving in I was greeted with an extremely large pile of dog poop that introduced itself to my shoe. I entered the apartment and I was stung by a wasp not 5 minutes after I walked in, I am allergic so I had to rush to the hospital. I'm not sure about other townhomes in the complex but mine smells like a dirty sewer. My first night there I was up all night because I could hear EVERYTHING in both of my neighbors apartments and they like to get naughty quite often so needless to say I am up late almost every night. The first time I walked downstairs my bottom step gave out and I twisted my ankle as I tumbled to the ground, It took 4 months before maintenence finally decided it was convenient for them to fix it. The bugs are horrible, especially silverfish, I've woken up many times to find these little critters roaming around on my body. My neighbors are not very friendly at all and one time I found one of them trying to steal things out of my vehicle and after I reported him I later found his brother throwing eggs at my car and my townhome. My other neighbor has a really big dog that likes to hump my leg/me everytime it sees me. They are charging me extra for my very own parking spot but the problem is I never get to park there, there is ALWAYS someone else in my spot. The maintenece people are slobs and not trustworthy. One time I had maintenece over and I caught one of them rummaging through my underwear drawer and when they left I noticed they used my toilet for a number 2 and did not flush, I was disgusted. I reported it to management but it doesn't seemed to have helped, I still get the same maintenece guys that come over. All in all I would say WHATEVER YOU DO DON"T MOVE HERE!!! I thought I was moving from the slums of Detroit to a nice complex in the great city of Novi and all I can say now is that I miss my old apartment and I'm paying about 3 times as much as I did there.
