I have lived here for almost a year, and its the worst place I have ever lived. Apartments are old and runned down, management is horrible, they are building homes right next door, so you hear bull dozers starting at 7 in the morning!!! I have had 10 speed bike stolen from infront of my apartment. I guess you get what you paid for.. the slums of NOvi.. don't move here!!! they charge you for water according to the amount of apartments that are in your unit and occupied, and there are not very many occupied so you pay an outragous water bill.. horrible, horrible place.. if you want to feel safe, and happy dont live here!! Please!!
