I have been at the complex for many years, and having observed several management groups come and go, the current management team is very much better than in the past. The maintenance team is friendly, and fast. I recently had a part go out on a furnace at 10:00 at night. Within 15 minutes of calling, someone was at the complex, and 20 minutes later, the repair was done. I had a bad faucet on the bathtub, it was repaired quickly, and well done. I have never had an issue with current leasing staff, unlike the previous staff. If there is an issue with the lease or payment, the current staff has gone beyond what is expected. Parking has been hit or miss at the complex since they installed assigned parking, but it is not too bad. The apartments are aging, and need some updating, but my townhouse is not bad. My experience in the last couple of years with this current staff has been positive.

I work at the property, so I am not just trying to make us look better. With that said, I am not aware of "a major problem" with any of the bugs you say we have a problem with. And depending on the maintenance issue, no, they may not be able to fix things on the first visit. If there is a part that needs to be ordered, sometimes it may take a while for the order to come in. The office, the manager, and the company is always looking out for our residents best interest. If you have a problem, please let us know and we will do what we can to take care of it. What "community standards" are you referring to? And yes, unfortunately, we do have to evict people sometimes, and yes, by law, their possessions have to stay out for at least 24 hours before we can dispose of them. Would you prefer us let these people stay on the property that don't pay rent or violate their lease? I have not had any residents complain that parking is a problem, but most of the residents appreciate the fact that we do not limit the number of vehicles they can have, as opposed to other properties that only allow one car per home. If you have a problem with anything, we actually prefer that you let us know by calling or stopping into the office so that we can rectify the situation.

I think the writer of this is probably living under a rock considering the manageress has yelled at my neighbor several times in front of me and has even told him to "shut up". Its not so much the maintenance people that I have issues with, its the lack of disrespect and disregard of the tenants issues from the management that I have a problem with. It also looks to me that everyone mutally feels the same way about this place, considering there is a 37% rating on Novi Ridge, so unfortunately your misleading positive review isnt going to do much but make the management look like they wrote this, other then that anyone with eyes and ears can see and know this place is a dump, the management abuses the tenants and to go elsewhere.
