We moved out as soon as we could. The entire system is a complete joke. After spending time in their nice clubhouse, they'll take you to the "model" townhouse or apartment, which is NOTHING like the ones they'll actually rent out. Zero landscaping maintenance, crappy and outdated kitchens, leaks and smelly carpets, and noisy classless neighbors. I'd be surprised if they ever cleaned that pool. Probably the worst living situation i've ever been in. Spend the extra $50 a month and save the stress and disappointment by living somewhere else. To be honest, I think any positive review on this site was written by Novi Ridge Staff, because they all sound like absolute --------.
