I moved in a couple months ago to this place and it has turned out to be a nightmare. The leasing manager, Lisa, is the -----. Lisa is rude, trashy and yells at tenants. It doesn't get much better from there because the leasing agent Lenore is her best friend, so you can really get any help from her either. The apartments are filthy, the son of Lenore (the leasing agent who works for Novi Ridge) says the maintenance men are criminals, and they are on drugs. That's coming from Novi Ridge staff, obviously they don't care about their tenants if they are letting drug addicts have a key to every apartment and can go in any time they so please. Very unsafe place, a couple of tenants have had different items come up missing. They have great move in specials, but really its not worth it. I mean, what apartment complex makes you pay for water' Pay the extra money at other places so you don't have to worry whether or not your belongings are still going to be there when you get home, or so you don't have to deal with uneducated trashy leasing agents, they might as well be running a trailer park because that's where the agents act like they came from. Bugs, filth, mold, litter, criminals, and leasing agents that work against you and not with you are all things you will find at novi ridge. Stay away! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Lenores son personally told me about the maintenance men and to not let them in my house. Not only are the maintenance men drug addicts however Lenore is to, she has a possession of marijuana on her record. She smokes weed and so does Lisa. I have gotten all of this information from Lenores son, and I also was informed by him that he has a master key to EVERY apartment. He has stolen a bike out of someones home and repainted it so it couldnt be traced. Its quite scary that a 16 year old is running around with a master key to every apartment. He can just walk in wherever and whenever he pleases. This place is an utter nightmare.

Ok this sounds all suspicious to me. First of all why would someone who does drugs confess he's doing drugs, along with his mom, and that fat ass -----..what's her name? Oh Lisa. Well ok I'm going to make sure they're caught. Marijuana is only legal medically and I highly doubt they have any doctor's prescription. Thanks for the info.
