I can put up with place being a total dump, or even getting random charges on my bill that the landloard's cant account for, or even the managers yelling at me and calling me names, however I will not feel insecure in my own home. Knowing a 16 year old has a key to my apartment makes me utterly sick when I come in late at night. This property is going to knew ownership and we need to band together to get these criminals out of here. My email address is amandasmith0804@yahoo.com if anyone wants to put in their input or has any ideas. Thanks

I am hoping that with the new owner/management, this will also mean that Lenore and her son will be leaving. I don't think they could afford to stay without the perks of working for the company. Hopefully whoever is taking over can already see some of the problems and the people who cause(d) them. I think the property can be definitely be improved with the removal of a few people, ie. delinquent teens and their irresponsible parents.

Just because there will be new owners of the apartments, doesn't necessarily mean the new owners are going to get new management. I recently inquired about this and Andrew stated that the management are here to say, and although the apartments are being sold (or going into foreclosure, which wouldn't surprise me) they will not be losing there jobs. Hopefully this is false, and with new owners we will get new leasing agents that know how to communicate, and abide by the laws, and not continue to run this place to the ground.

New owners didn't fix any of the short comings of the previous management. They seem to have issues fixing common things. I'm on my fourth repair call for the same problem. They also seem to have issues with customer service, and you would think for the price one pays for this place they would actually be helpful.
