The new owners are worse then the bank that ran the property. Things are less friendly, and more geared towards obtaining new people then retaining existing renters.

The bank at least was prompt with fixes. The new owners are slow to fix problems, and the need to come back multiple times to actually fix problems. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can leave this dump and never look back.

Your crazy!!!! Have you seen how this place scored in the past. The new owners have been great. They have already fixed the roads and painted some of the buildings. The manager and maintenance staff are very competent.
