I have been living In Novi Ridge for a little over 5 years now and I am quite sick of the issues i've had with this place. For one The managment seems to change every single year, at one point in time they had 5 inspections in one month! I was starting to feel deprived of privacy. The service of the people whom come in to fix things used to be great but ever since the new managment came in they fired the main tech whom I really thought did a great job, now I have problems such as the basement flooding because the drains don't drain when ever we have our AC on called on it so many times over two years and nothing ever changes! You can expect in most appartments you get to be a bit thin on the walls but here the set up of each town home is bad, I hear on one side people yelling and running on the stairs, the other side of my wall in the bedroom is the other master bedroom of the next appt. over and I hear everything they do, the kitchens in these apartments are very VERY small, and the price for living here is way to high for what you get. I am moving out with my friend and his gf and finding a house to rent because i'm sick of living here.

Other problems I have come to see is cheep materials used, The paint they use here is very poor you get a mark on the wall well oh well it will have to stay there for if you try to wash it off OOPS there goes the paint with it!

The stove and washer are very out dated and need replacing and I feel very unsafe here for there have been some break ins and vandolism mostly from the kids they don't keep any tabs on. Cars are broken into a lot here not so much things stolen as just windows broken in and such luckily i've not had an issue with that yet. The kids around here have no respect for anything and love to break things and take stuff from trash and build it up in the trees on the side, i've mentioned it to the office but have yet to see anything done about it. I know this next thing is sort of a personal issue but my apt is right next to the bus stop and for the past three years i've delt with all school year kids yelling and screaming every morning, I work afternoons so this bugs me a lot, if you do for some reason move here ask for a place in the middle or back don't get one up front as there are many more issues with the kids then in the back. OH and lets not forget the carpet, no matter which one you move in to once you vacume the first time you will get many spots we had our carpet replaced it was so bad when we moved in and they tried to charge us for it!

*sighs* i'm sorry but i'm so sick of all the issues here and can't wait for May 2010 to finnaly move out of here, I made the mistake of renewing our lease because i've had nothing but trouble, i'm sure if I can leave a little early I will in the end everyone who sees this. Find some where else don't come here and take it from someone who has been here way to long. I personally am going with a friend and his gf and finding a house to rent its about the same if not cheeper then this crappy place and i'll have more privacy and be able to do things more freely then here.
