The grounds are nice, and the apartments are a good size for the price. The gated community is a joke though... the two by fours are broken every other night of the week and the "security guard" would let anyone through. But it is in a safe neighborhood and you don't need to worry about that anyway. The staff is nice and you always see people out and about fixing things. If you need something fixed, they are there in a very timely manner, even on the weekend.
