We had a problem with a former employee of this property abusing AptRatings.com and posting nasty, personal messages about us. We called Marquette Management and they researched the issue. AptRatings.com removed the offensive post. Andrea at Marquette Management called me to apologize personally and admitted responsibility on the part of the past/present staff. She also sent us a gift certificate for a local restaurant.

I am very impressed that she did this and that they admitted that they were wrong. Perhaps they ARE making some changes over there for the better!!
