We moved in April and have been very impressed with the community and the staff.

A few of my concerns, and the concerns of some of the reviewers, have been taken care of.

The gated entry is still 2x4's, but the gate supervised seven days a week at night.

This has made a huge difference! The carports are all well lit and the community is very safe.

This is a fantastic community.

AND they allow dogs! Our golden retriever is very happy as well.

I would recommend Pavilion Court to my friends and family without any hesitation.
