I lived there for about 5 years and let me say something right off the bat, go find somewhere better to live other than here. We had the lower level and the people upstairs feel like they are directly next to you, you can here them talking, if there is little kids(which we had) you can here them crying or running. During the winter we had major problems with water coming inside and leaving water stains in the corners of the wall also making its ways inwards as the years went on. We told the office about it so many times yet they never solved the problem. They say they have a gated community, well the gate is basically always left open or it is broken down by cars. The area is not safe. My car got broken into when parked in the residental area. There are many children that are around in the area that can cause problems. The management sucks, end of story. The only good thing about living here was that everything the office did for the area with flowers and keeping up on grass cutting.
