Pavilion Court

 

I have lived in Pavilion Court for 2 months now and so far so good.

I like the layout of the apartment very much even though the living room is a bit too small.

The private entrances and patios are definitaly a big plus.

The only complaint I have as far as my apartment goes is that it is very dark.

I have a ground floor aparment facing north and the living room, dining room and kitchen area are dark at all times of the day.
Having one free carport per apartment is also nice as well as the option of paying a small non-refundable deposit as opposed to a large refundable one.

So far maintnance has been very good.

I reported a couple of things on Friday before Labor Day Weekend and asked if they could be taken care of before the Holiday.

Someone was over in 20 minutes to take care of the problems.

The office staff is really friendly and helpful.

Luckily my neighbors seem to be pretty good which as I know from experience can make or ruin the living situation.

The community is gated with a security guard at night which is nice, but I don't think it's really effective.

What can you expect from a 18 year old girl who talks on her cell phone during the whole time that she's working...

However, the presence of the security guard might be enough to scare away some potential criminals.

A semi closed community in Novi is definitaly better than a open community in Westland from which I moved.

I will post an update after a year here.

I lived for 2 years in my previous apartment and things were going down hill in those 2 years.

I really hope that Pavilion Court keeps up the good job that they are doing and that I can post another positive review next year.
