We moved in January 2001 - It was the least stressful move we have ever made. The office staff, the manager and the maintenance team are very friendly and professional. Maintenance has gotten all of our requests done in 24 hours or less! usually the same day!! When we needed a new washer because ours broke, no questions were asked,and the guys didn't try to "band-aid" the repair, they just ordered us a new one!! The landscaping is very pretty and taken care of. We have referred a couple of friends and we know they are as happy as we are. We will call Pavilion Court home until we buy a house of our own.
