When we first moved in 2.5 years ago, it was a very nice complex, except that there was a drainage problem in the grassy area just outside our front door. I called about this and was assured that it would be taken care of. 2.5 years later, there is still a swamp, and we have to spray the area for mesquitos every couple of weeks. Then about 6 weeks ago, our air conditioner stopped sending cool air. We called and they came out about a week later. They claimed there was nothing wrong, and they just chanced the filter. About 2 weeks ago we started getting hot air when we turned on the a/c. I've called twice and still nothing!
If you have young children, this is not the place for you! The new rules with the new management company stipulate that kids cannot ride bikes on the sidewalks, so unless you want your kids run over in the parking lot, throw your bikes away! Also, if you are at all a light sleeper, don't pick this place. You can hear your neighbors shower, microwave, doors and cupboards, everything.
They don't salt or plow in a timly matter in the winter, and I had to have knee surgery because of the icy sidewalk.
