I've lived in Pavilion Court for about 12 months now, and while they started out well enough, the new management company has really sent the place downhill.

I've now submitted the same repair job on three separate occasions over the past 3 months and so far have heard and seen nothing. The community is nice enough, but we're all completed frustrated by the total apathy that management seems to be exhibiting towards its tenants.

Not currently recommended.

Who waits 3 months to receive services???? Not anyone I know of! Maybe if you got your lazy ass up and actually went into the office, you could get something accomplished. I have had a terrific experience living here at Pavilion Court. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is terrific. The problem is people just like to point the finger. They often forget about maybe the other work orders the maintenace team may have. So to this writer...I would like to say take a chill pill....and stop blaming people. When people take over porperties...they have to try and rebuild it to where it needs to be. So they may not even know about your old request for your problem.

Um, you tell by the response of this person that it is DEFINATELY one of the management team. This is basiclly how they try to respond to the tenants. However, let me say this, let one of them step to me incorrect, we will have a problem in that office. Try me!!!!!!!!!
