I am so shocked at the responses I have read. I have had a great experience at Pavilion Court. It's in a great location for shopping, eating and I am impressed with the school district. My children met lots of friends in the community and I enjoy sitting for coffee on Mon. & Fri. with my neighbors in the clubhouse. I just can't believe the people on here....I bet they are the same ones who make our great community a living nightmare. I do agree sometimes it seems like I am able to hear my neighbors dog...but then I remember I do stay in an APT. I have been here for a few years and I love it. Did I mention we have an indoor hot tub that I love relaxing in after work some days. I mean this place is awesome. I'm not real familiar with the staff but I have not had any problems, maybe because I work during the day. So I hope that the people that read this don't get discouraged from moving here because of a few crazy people. Trust me everyone has their own experiences and you will probably have a great one. Did you get $$$$ off rent to write this lie of a review???? I live here and it sucks. I am paying out early after spending way to much money to be treated the way this management company treats its residents!!! You should really walk around this community and get areal look at where you live!!
