Of course the manager would say those things. I can tell you from first hand experience that this manager is not helpful, delays the resolution of the issue by claiming she has to discuss situation numerous times with her supervisor. Apparently this manager has no authority.

I hate I ever moved into these run down apartments. I have reported major complaints and concerns. My autistic son was recently burned do to inadaquate apartment inspection. This apartment is a piece of shiiiit! They are patched together to appear to look good but in reality, they are over priced. It seems as if I need to take legal advice to inquire about terminating my lease because I refuse to live in a place that will address a problem to pacify you, but what about the list of things that was emailed to mgt that was not addressed. These things should have been taken care of before the apt was occupied. Also, the lawn by my door is patchy and full of weeds. I also have a dead bush at my door step. I am totally disappointed with mgt and maintnance. I have only paid rent one time and I regret paying it again because this apartment is a piece or thrown together ----.

By the way, Judy, the word is committed. You are committed to making sure... And, not one resident believes you. I have been a tenant here for about two years and am still addressing the same issues I had when I moved in. You're a joke and instead of taking out your embarassment at being imcompetent on your staff, please do us all a favor and quit.

Hate to jump on the bandwagon, but, its all true!! I moved in this year and have had terrible response to my maintenace calls.
Deidra, the newest person working in the office is RUDE and often has a scowl on her face.
I tried using the exercise room and the tredmill almost killed me, stopped abruptly while I was on 2.7 speed. When I complained about that plus the 2 other tredmills not working, the office attendant asked if I knew there was an outside track?! Yes! I replied but I pay for this inside room to be in working order for my use, she laughed and said, no you dont its free. RIGHT! nothing is free, my rent is hella costly and I know that exercise room is factored in.
The gate NEVER works! The back gate has a fence, the front does not? What sense does that make. Even when it does the out gate may still be broken and people just drive in the out for access. I'm sure if I complain they will tell me the security gate is "free" too.
How about the ridiculous parking arrangement. Why is everyone parking away from their own bldg? Can we get this taken care of?
How about the "free" contenintal breakfast. Once I went in and there wasnt any, I was told by the manager that the lady was on vacation, OK but I think someone else could put pop tarts on a counter, cuz the breakfast aint "free" either and I want it on Mondays and Fridays EVERY WEEK. The mud patch next to my front door, not addressed, matter of fact blamed on the lawn care company's vehicles. Well maybe if we addressed the standing water in various places all over the property we could grow lawns where lawns are supposed to be growing. Guess the lawn maintenance is "free" too.
Finally, I thougt it was crappy that they just told me what my water bill was and I was supposed to trust them and pay it, NOW they tell me that everyone is paying a flat rate regardless of comsumption. Thats some CRAP! especially when the new flat rate is higher than what my bill was on any month before when I was blindly paying "my" consumption.

To the response on 11/11/07. I could have written that myself. Deidra is very rude. I called and complained. I am sure nothing will be done about it. The water thing really urkes me. $30 is double what I used to pay.
