The management company including the new property manager Judy is horrible, unresponsive, unfriendly and overall incompetent! Altman management company is only concerned with making money - they do not care about the residents at all. The security gate is ALWAYS broken, they are slow to remove trash (hotwater heaters and television boxes sat outside dumpsters for more than a month), snow removal & salting of sidewalks happens late in the morning or early afternoon (not helpful when trying to go to work in the am), in the summer the grass in NOT cut on a regular basis an grass clipping are left on the sidewalks. The property manager is unwilling to assist residents with issues. This is the worse leasing experience I have ever had. Marquette Management was great. Altman management company and it's staff (with the exception of the maintenance manager, who was previously with Marquette) is a complete disaster. Do not lease at this location - you will definitely regret it!!!!
