Having lived at Pavilion court for two years I have seen it go from a great place to live to a place I can't wait to get out of. The main reason is the new management company and there sole purpose to get your money. I have never lived at a place where they care so little for the people that live in their community. They are rude, slow and basically there for a paycheck. The manager is useless and gets very frustrated when you bring your concerns to her. She commented on this page and promised to fix these problems but nothing has been done. They claim they are a gated community but the gate only stays up for about a week and is then broken for a month. My car was broken into twice and my wife's car was keyed. If this complex could do anything right it would bring back the old management company! I also have never lived at an apartment complex that increases the rent so much year to year. With a current special in the mid 700's there is no way I should be paying over 900 a month. They would rather lose a resident that has paid rent on time for 24 months and get a new renter paying way less then everyone in my building. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live.

You are correct in how you feel. I share the same feelings as well. Let me ask you something. Would you agree that we should (as residents) should ask for a "RESIDENCE MEETING" so that we can bring this stuff out. If we as a group do not come together, there will be no change and they will be able to get away with all of this.
