Awful! Awful place to live

I lived there for 3 years and hated every second of it.
It went from bad to worse with the change in the management company.
My husband and I called the place the money pit because everything was always broken, and they would never manage to come and fix it, or if it was fixed it would break again within days.
Our neighbors were horrible.
They had 6 people living in a 2 bedroom apt.
and we had to call the police a few times because the kids scratched our car (and then the parents keyed it when they were mad that we complained).
The management company didn't do anything about this problem.
Our apt.
reeked liked smoke because of our neighbors would chain smoke outside.
The courtyard was a mess with broken toys, fast food bags, and cigaretts.
Outside of our door was just a muddy mess with a few weeds, dead bushes, and no grass.
They added repair charges to our bill after we did the walk through, which is illegal.
There are just too many problems to mention.
The staff is just awful, and doesn't care about the residents with the exception of the head maintence man who was always very nice.
