To all of you who have used this as a forum to vent, it obviously is not solving the problems your are experiencing. My suggestion to you is to go to the leasing office and kindly let Judy know what requires the attention of her staff (snow removal, tenants violating occupancy requirements, etc.) She and her staff will and have worked diligently to ensure that their tenants will get the service requests completed and their concerns addressed. They cannot fix what they don't know is broken. They cannot take action against those who are violating the terms of the lease if they do not know. I have lived here for almost one year and will definitely sign another lease. This staff has been exemplary in their actions both in the safety of my child and my apartment maintenance. I would definitely recommend Pavilion Court Apartments. Many thanks to Judy and her staff!

happiatpavilion,
What rubbish are you talking about. You look like ALTMAN Management's agent.
Ask any Pavilion Court tenants, 90% are not happy with Judy and co. (Useless management). One can see their broken snow removal system, maintenance system & untrained staff. 3 employees removing snow and 0% results. Today is 2/6/2008 and do you want me to send you pictures daily!.. It is worse this year after Judy & Co (Altman) has taken charge and they are not serious at any front. One example is of a decent lady Parveen who recently got her wrist broken and got a plate in her wrist after slipping over ice (no salt sprinkling at all).
Please don't misguide others. I would request anyone to have a feel by visiting PAVILION Court or asking any tenant. I bet, you would see people leaving after their leases are over.

Well I spoke about the ice issue on the tenant's walk ways a while ago. There was really an ice issue going on. Once more, we have children having to walk to the bus stops. However, I've noticed that they have salted this week. As far as the remark regarding using this site to vent; making complaints to the management office goes no where. Maybe management has their picks.?
