What rubbish is that guy talking about. He/She looks like ALTMAN Management's agent. I don't want to misguide anyone. I would request anyone to have a feel by visiting PAVILION Court or asking any tenant. You will listen to their plight & stories about this worse management of JUDY & CO.I bet, you would see people leaving after their leases are over.
Ask any Pavilion Court tenant, 99% are not happy with Judy and co. (Useless management). One can see their broken snow removal system, maintenance system & untrained staff. 3 employees removing snow and 0% results. Today is 2/6/2008 and I can post pictures of snow on sidewalks & parking daily!.. It is worse this year after Judy & Co (Altman) has taken charge and they are not serious at all on any front. One example is of a decent lady Parveen who recently got her wrist broken and got a plate in her wrist after slipping over ice (no salt sprinkling at all). No one at the office (of JUDY & CO) helped her.
Maintenance of anything takes one month. I can send you date of recording of any ticket open with them and then service completion date.
Please think and verify before coming to this community.

I've already posted a few times on here and am one of the NOT happy tenants. This last posting about management and snow removal is dead on. I will differ in my opinion of the timeliness of the general maintenance, although not the quality of it. I actually have been fairly lucky, in that they have typically fixed stuff within a day or 2. The problem is that they are usually band-aid fixes. My air conditioning didn't work twice last year within 2 weeks. All they did each time was refill the gas. It got chilly enough to where I didn't need it anymore, so I gave up on them and it. I'm moving out in the next couple of months anyway, so good riddens.
Last night, I was shoveling my own sidewalk (and my cool neighbors' too) because I didn't want my fiancee to have to trudge through the snow to get to my place while visiting. I bought a snow shovel strictly because management is waaaay too slow. I also bought salt and salt my own porch (lower level) and sidewalk. This is my own expense, but it is much easier on my health, as opposed to just getting pissed at them for not doing it like they should.
Note to self: Buy a house, so you're the only one to blame if nothing gets done and done right!! (That's happening in April!!)

Pavilion Court USED to be a wonderful place to live (we have lived here almost six years), but that was when a COMPETENT management company (Marquette) was in charge. Since Altman took over the property, this place has gone to hell.
The snow removal is NON-EXISTENT. On our side of the building, the ice is treacherous and we are currently trapped in our apartments because no one has salted or even tried to remove the ice. Yesterday we put in three calls to management to have someone come and salt the walks - nothing. Last night, I called the emergency maintanance number and demanded that they get out and salt the walk. The (idiot) on-call person replied that we "need to understand that water melts and then refreezes" (duh). I responded by telling him that it was not a problem before Altman took over, and that when Marquette managed the property they had an actual company come out and do the snow and ice removal.
This apartment complex has turned into a NIGHTMARE PROPERTY. You should definitely think twice before paying any money to rent here. We are in the process of buying a house and moving out within the next 60 days - just to get away from this place.
Oh, and the CRIME RATE on this property has SKYROCKETED since Altman took over. Cars are being stolen and vandalized at an alarming rate (probably because there are no security guards and whenever a gate gets broken it takes the management at least a month to fix it).
