The management does not listen to anyone. It is snow and ice everywhere - on side walks, in front of your apartments, on roads and their service is very bad. No one comes to remove ice and put salt. Ateast one in every apartment has falen and got hurt by slipping on ice. Manager is of no use, feels helpless and has no control at all. What can you expect from a dummy manager' Why is she suitting in office' She should resign keeping in view of no solutions to the complaints of tenants. Everything is managed remotely from Lansing by so far worse performing ALTMAN management company.
We can form a welfare organization and fight against this dumb management. The people who got injuries should file claims against the management.
This year has gone from bad to worse here - Thanks to the worse management.
LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE, NOT PAVILIAN COURT.
