This propert has progressively gotten worse since they were acquired by Altman Management Company. I commend the maintenance staff because I believe that they do the best they can with the limited resources they have been allocated. The staff needs to improve their professionalism and follow up. The grounds are terribly run down now and the gates which they sell as an amenity are never in working order. I have had an Ipod stolen out of my car, severe damage when i drove off and the wheel fell off because someone attempted to steal the rims and lastly came out to a new vehicle to find it sitting on ------ with no wheels..all while the gates stay wide open and there is no one patrolling the property at night. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to live. The peace of mind will be worth it. After almost 4 years i have learned my lesson.
