Ok but not great

My husband and I just moved in here in February. We haven't had any major problems here. But if you wanna move here, my advice would be to rent an upper unit. These places seem to have paper thin walls and ceilings so I can hear every move the people upstairs make. Theres a teenage kid who lives there and he runs up and down the steps all day long. It drives me nuts. There was a bit of water damage in the second bedroom when we moved in that they have yet to take care of. The only reason we're not being anal about it is no one really uses that room. The only other thing is that the overall construction seems a bit dated. The windows and doors are kind of hard to open and close. But that's not a huge deal I guess. So overall, these are not huge issues and we haven't had a "rude run-in" with the staff yet. So it's ok. I do realize we've only been here a month so after some time I may be writing another review-good or bad.
