She is nonsense in Pavilion court office. I saw her using very bad words with an Asian lady. She is a red head lady and can get in trouble anytime about her racial behavior. You would never hear a good feedback about her from anyone. Even maintenance guys are fed up with her. Management - please hear to this person and he/she is 100% correct.She has ruined the complex's name. It was very nice before she came in.

She was rough and rude when people objected to charged fee for gate system replacement. It is no way should be passed on to the tenant. If system is to be updated, why should the tenant involved. It was never written in lease and is sole responsibility of management.

I can reaffirm what earlier reviewer has said. She is ok look wise, but is filthy inside. May be, her boss is a male and has some ........ relation going on. That is why she is still there in office.

I am gathering data/witnesses about her behavior (comments passed based on religion, race and skin; rudeness etc. ) and would take it to the appropriate department soon.

pavillion court in terms of design features and facilities has been an EXCELLENT place for me to live in.... But here comes bitter pill... The management sucks... They are RUDie to deal with ;)... they charged 40 bucks for a gate key which doesnt even work ... and half the time gate is broke... i wonder what right they have to steal residents money when they cant give the level of security they are obligated too.... well the MANAGER used unparliamentary abusive word ("Bull***") in front of me to some third person... IT IS IMPRESSING TO FIND MANAGER'S PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR... PLEASE KEEP IT UP
