Be careful guys especially if you are a minority...They are ONLY good until you sign the freakin lease.

ONce you sign, you are done!
Also, be careful on what you sign.

They frequently end up getting you in for a longer lease.

I did not notice and ended up signing a 14 month lease instead of a 12 month.

Office staff sucks big time.

No basic courtesy for residents....Property Manager is another disaster.

Snow is not cleaned during Winter.

I have slipped on ice a few times there...I should have listened to the feedbacks on some of the website before I signed the lease.

Unfortunately read and then ignored those messages! Will never in my life recommend this place for any one.

Overall Place SUCKS big time and so are the office staff including the Property Manager! If you guys still want to consider this Place, GOD BLESS YOU and your FAMILY!
