I have lived in this apartment complex now for about 4 years. I am definitely moving out this year. The management is terrible, you have to call them and literally beg them to fix your heating / cooling in the apartments before they come out to fix it. There is an East-Indian lady in the management office called Komal. She is completely clueless of the residents needs and is EXTREMELY rude. I cannot wait for my lease to get over so that I can move into another community.
Oh BTW .... recently there have been a number of robberies and underage drinking parties at the complex. This is the problem with the management, they want to rent out as many units as they can .... so they lower the rates to the point that complete riff-raff comes here to live.

She can't do anything about something like that...if anything, it's the manager's job to address it. Personally, I think if people like urself KNEW about underage drinking going on and YOU didn't inform the police, YOU are to blame. Stuff like that happens everywhere. Why would you confront office staff?? They dont have control over things like that. Thats not even a legit issue.

Judy ... you are the property manager. Please stop posting self-reviews. It is such a dead give-away. Please act your age (43) and take responsibility for the dump you call an apartment complex.
