Just a WARNING! AIR CONDITIONING OUT on a 90 degree day is NOT considered a priority at this ---- hole they call luxury apartments..MY ASS. The maintenece SUPERVISOR says its really not his job to do it, and that hes just doing it to be nice, and he says that its not a priority. You can ----- these people out til your blue in the face but they just dont get it. this place is nasty with liars that work here.

I had a similar experience. There is a red-headed lady who works in the office. I think her name is Laura. She is very racist and has a bunch of people here who have already written about her .... she personally told me that she considered my AC being broken is not considered a "priority" .... these people here are completely clueless.

I AGREE! Office staff sucks. They don't feel anything is an emergency. They all need a training class on customer service and professionalism.
