I love my apartments

I moved to Pavilion Ct in July of 2009 and i love my apartment and i love the complex.
Like all apartment complexes there are issues with some tenants but again this is apartment living.
I moved here from the best upscale apartments in Dearborn paying twice as much and the maintenance here is better and more prompt, the guys who do maintenance are friendly and outgoing.
i have had issues from the first day of move in with the office staff giving improper information and my apartment not beignb ready on time but Judy made up for that and has exceeded her duties as an office manager and is great to deal with.
anything i call her back she has handled with care and concern and the only thing i hate is that they dont have 3 bedrooms because i am looking to upsize but i have two children and i feel comfortable with them getting on the bus and playing in the complex everyone in the community is awesome- if you have issues with anythign going on in the complex maybe you shoudl buy a house for private living and your issues would be resolved-apartment living is for people who understand this is shared living spaces!

I agree. The management staff is professional and very courteous. I have met all the maintenance staff and I see no reason why they would not complete a service order. I've been promising my daughter to paint her room and now that I will have the time, I actually can. While I'm renting. This is an awesome place and I am so looking forward to signing my lease on Wednesday. Thanks Judy and Komol!!!

Horrible complex. Park place is 2 miles away and a MUCH better place to call home. I know everyone complains about their complex but seriously Pavilion Court was my worst experience ever!
