I have lived in Portsmouth since June 2002, and my experience has been pretty good.

Don't plan on having a pet if you live here, they charge a ridiculous fee! We have one very loud neighbor.

Thin walls don't help.

Otherwise, a great place.

Beatiful scenery, clean, nice management, and all appliences work great.
