A Wonderful Living Experience

The apartments are beautiful, the grounds well-kept, and the office staff is very helpful.

The community is very safe and all my neighbors were extremly polite and quiet.

My only complaint about Portsmouth is that some of their parking lots need some repairs.

I had to move out of the area due to work, however if I ever had to move back to the area this would be my number one choice!
