I have lived here for 6 months and I am breaking my lease early. I have had nothing but problems with management on the grounds here, and at there " Corporate HQ " in Farmington Hills. All my neighbors feel the same way. Just drive through here or any of " ED ROSE'S " properties in this area and see how many vacant apartments their are......that should tell you something. Look somewhere else.
Oh, and like everyone else...they have entered without notification SEVERAL times. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

how many vacants? at another ed rose property very nearby, out of over 800 apartments, there are 5 2 beds available. 5!!!
