I lived in a 1 bedroom for 8 years. When I first moved in, they failed to tell me that my building wasn't equipped with air condition yet. After about 6 months, most of the problems that I had were worked out.

However, over the past three years the complex has become rundown, and they do not keep up with maintence or the grounds the way that they used to. I had three leaks in my ceiling that they never got around to fixing.

The cable is horrible, the ponds attarct many bugs because they do not clean them out anymore. They also tend to lose your lease each yera, so keep track of names of people that you talk with and all of your paperwork.
