Great Apartment, good value for the area

I lived at Portsmouth for a year before purchasing a home.
If I ever had to rent an apartment again, I would go back there.
The staff knew me by name, and were always very helpful.
I have recommended the complex to several of my friends.
I had no problems when I gave my notice, and my security deposit was returned in full promptly.
I loved the view from the living room, and the window seat in the bedroom.
