The leasing agents at Portsmouth aparments were not very friendly to potential tenants. They treated me and brother like we were not worthy of staying there from the very beginning of our application experience. We found that if they treated us that way at the beginning then it was not in our best interest to move there so we cancelled our moving in date and choose to go to a much friendlier complex their sister property doen the Street they are much more plesant and trated us much better.
