Alright I'm going to keep this short and to the point...

I've had to make over 3 calls in regards to my heat durning the winter and went almost an entire month without heat

Its 86 degrees in my apartment because the air is out..

and the maintence people have already been here twice in regards to the air conditioner.

The front office people are extremely rude!!!I work nights..

and I'll never forget the morning when the carpet was being replaced above me.
I woke up at 6:35 A.M!! to banging, slamming hammers, dropping carpet..

lord knows what was going on up there.

I called the office 3 times...

complaining because they are the ones who scheduled the carpet to be replaced at this absurd time.

They responded with "We are trying to run a business!" I was like what about the people that have already paid for your business'''

I could go on and on about other things..

liek the geese and all the nasty bugs that make it into my apartment which I now found out that its because they dont clean the ponds.

Its gross.

I've lived in plenty of apartments and have never ever ever been so disappointed.

Don't do it...seriously.

I use to read this and say that that person is just mad or got screwed.

But if you move in here you mindaswell get use to getting screwed over.

IT SUCKS
