TERRIBLE APARTMENTS

Portsmouth Apartments are fairly clean, however they charge you for everything and try to keep your security deposit for bogus reasons.

There is no insulation (I could hear my neighbors open their bedroom drawers and hear people walk outside - VERY NOISY) and the while the staff is helpful for many things, they are not helpful upon moveout.

DO NOT LIVE THERE!
