Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived there for a year and had absolutely no issues. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in, rent was cheap, maintenance responded immediately, and the office staff were extremely friendly. I got my entire security deposit back. I would still be living there if I had not moved in to my boyfriend's house.
