The office staff is horrible. When I say horrible, I mean it. They mistreat everyone.
They never change the carpet in apartments, so when you get yours pay close attention to the floor. Dont be surprised if there are stains everywhere.
The water in the buildings is always being shut off due to "an emergency water leak" and they never give you something to make up for the fact that your water was off for 24 hours.
The cable sucks, you get maybe 50 channels and they over charge you. This company is very cheap. You have plastic doors and door handles for crying out loud. They will keep repairing the same crappy appliances over and over again because they are too cheap to replace them. They only look at the short term effect. They dont care that it would save them more money in the long run to replace the things. Dont even get me started on snow removal because they suck the most at that. Also, in the summer time, you have weeds growing out of the bushes as tall as you are. Oh yeah, and the bugs,bugs, bugs!!!
If you are thinking about getting an apartment here, think again. I am telling you from my experience....DONT. You would be so much better off somewhere else. Where your actually thought about as a human being and not $$$$. They will also find any reason to evict you, so be careful. They watch everyone. That way they can get you for all the money of your lease and then re-rent the apt to get someone elses money. BE CAREFUL!

Ok, this is by no means the best appartments in the world but as soon as I look at you giving them the lowest rating for parking I start to wonder. Every unit around mine is full and have 2 people in each one bedroom apt and there are still open spaces. Also, they fixed the cable thing. You can now get Dish network through AT&T and don't need a dish. Before that the cable was pretty bad.
