I would like to urge anyone who decides to move here, to make sure you go above and beyond the call of duty when vacating this apartment. I called AT&T Home Entertainment thru Dishnetwork to schedule my service cancellation I was told to leave the equipment (recievers ect...) on the counter and their(apartment staff )would pick it up, I did just that,30 days later I recieved a letter saying I would not get my security deposit back and I owed $375.00 accompanied by a collection threat, they said there was no recievers in the apartment. 1 1/2 days later after I moved out of the apartment I moved out of state why would I need satalite equipment. I left the apartment in excellent condition and I locked the door.Make sure you have final walk-thru before leaving to avoid problems. If you don't do everything perfectly you may have a problem getting not only your deposit returned but they may stick you with more monies owed. I am sooooooo pissed.
Companies just wait for you to just make one slip then they capitalize on it.

I currently live in these Apartments and I've heard rumors that they do not like to return security deposits. Now that I think of it the apartment is not all of that. They used some of the most cheapest counter tops that I've ever seen knowing that you pay more than $700 a month to live in these apartment. I will not be living here no longer than 1 year (6 mos to go and I'm out of there)
