This place is horrible.

Maintainenance is here at least 2-3X per month.

Water leaking from walls, BUGS in every season except winter (Oh sorry there goes one across the floor), loud obnoxious neighbors, HARD WATER, cable is waste of money because their house cable goes out all the time affecting your overpriced ATT/Dish Network (really never get a solution for that), maintainence walks into your apartment if you are not home and no call before like they said they would, three ----in price quotes when you inquire about living there-then someone just somehow screwed up the math again and its now a little bit higher.

(Happened twice, been there) And to the staff there if you read this like I know you will, I am not just a disgruntled tenant like you say we all are on here.

I feel like I have wasted a lot of money living here.

I thought I liked it when I first moved here as far as appearance and free gas, but you need to make some changes.

Your apartments are fire hazards and I know there is mold behind the walls.

Your maintainence people have no idea how to fix anything, no wonder you pay them what you do! This place charges you for new carpet upwards to $40 a month extra, when state law says that carpets are to be replaced every tenant.

My carpet looks 10 years old.

Snow removal is ok and landscaping company sucks(must be cheap too).

You should see the clowns who clean the grounds.

They like to look in apartments.

Awesome job edward rose, this is my second chance with you and you definitely ruined that one trying to cut corners.

Lease up, I'm gone! Sorry I ever came here.

Just warning anyone who is considering.
