I lived at Portsmouth for about four years. The only reason why I left was because my job was relocated to Las Vegas. The maintenance staff was prompt, the office staff was always very helpful, and management seemed to know what they were doing. I loved my apartment and never had any problems with it. The only thing I didn't like was the lawn service. They did a terrible job cutting the grass, but all in all i would recommend this property to anybody.
