Very dissapointing

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived at ROW for a year, I left with a very low opinion of both the apartment and the management. I was informed the apartments are 10 years old before I moved in, but it felt like 20. Cracked tiles, old carpet, ancient kitchen appliances, poor insulation. For the very high rental prices you get very little for your money. I see 'someone' wrote on this site the apartments were well constructed, they are not, I listend to my neightbour's washing machine nightly for a year, and the nearby train, not much fun.
As several people have commented on this site the ROW management are very inflexible and purely profit motivated.
If I had my time again I would not choose to live at ROW, look elsewhere.
